Expectant mothers eat this during pregnancy, reducing the chance of baby allergies

Generally speaking, if one of the couples has an allergic constitution, the probability of inheriting it to the child is about 30%. First, avoid allergenic foods in the diet

Omega-3 fatty acids can suppress body inflammation and allergic reactions. Deep-sea fish, including mackerel, saury, salmon, and sardines, are rich in omega-3 fatty acids; flaxseed oil or deep-sea fish oil are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

Moderately supplement intestinal beneficial bacteria:

Appropriate supplement of intestinal beneficial bacteria can adjust intestinal flora to improve intestinal immunity and avoid allergies. It is a good choice to replace milk for calcium with yogurt for drinking.
