What should be paid attention to when using a pressure cooker

1. Before opening the cover, the pressure must be completely reduced, that is, after the valve core of the protection device is lowered and reset, the cover can be opened, and the handle must not be forcibly pulled.

2. Before each use, carefully check whether the vent hole of the pressure-limiting valve is unobstructed. You can use a toothpick to clear it.

3. Do not fill the pan with too much food. Generally, it should not exceed three-quarters of the height of the pan. For more swellable foods (such as kelp, mung beans, corn, etc.), it should not exceed half of the pan body.

4. When closing the lid, mark the lid of the pot and the body of the pot, fully buckle it, and stop when it is in place. Do not pull too hard.

5. After closing the lid and heating, if there is more steam discharged from the pressure-limiting exhaust hole, then the upper limit pressure valve cover is withheld.

6. When the pressure-limiting valve is working, turn down the heating power and keep the pressure valve able to move slightly.
