What is the difference between the three kinds of black teas: race, Dianhong and Qihong

Compared with Pu'er tea, the taste of black tea is not so changeable. For newcomers, how do you choose different types and grades of black tea? The rule of one penny per penny seems to not work, such as drinking positive Shan Xiaozhong, will feel expensive without cheap sweet. For example, Qi Hong, the price is quite expensive, but it feels not as fragrant as the legend. How to distinguish? Today, let's talk about the more prominent ones in black tea, Zhengshan race, Dianhong, Qihong.

Race "Sweet"

The race is the sweetest, fragrant, and the soup is quite thick. Race is also a good choice for entry. Judging from the price, cheap taste is heavy, mixed taste; expensive mellow, supple. Novices may not have this kind of experience right away. Like I said before, they will like the most direct sweetness of cheap races.

I haven't tried Zhengshan race, and it's basically a non-enthusiastic tea guest. This part of the tea guest contains many people who want to get started or beginners, they are not able to accept the thick pine smoke of Zhengshan race. As a result, an upgraded version of the abandonment of the smoking process appeared, and many people drank the longan flavor from the Zhengshan race. However, please pay attention if you drink the potato flavor. One big difference between the Zhengshan race and the pseudo race is that there is no potato flavor in it.

Dianhong "concentrated alcohol"

Dianhong is not as sweet as the race, but it is rich and strong. Some friends started from Dianhong, and they did not want to accept other black teas after falling in love with their strong. Their love for Dianhong is not quite the same as that of the transition from the small breed.

The overall style of Dianhong is more mellow and has obvious characteristics of large-leaf tea. On the other hand, it is normal to have a slightly sour taste. The high-quality Dianhong exudes the iconic honey aroma, accompanied by a sweet floral and fruity aroma. The orange color is transparent and transparent, which is very attractive.

A tea man once said, "Pink Dianhong, like a woman in Yunnan, has a warm and unrestrained spirit, a long melody, a sweet and mellow, generous, and generous, and you will never forget it because you never want to forget it!"

Qi Hong "taste is right"

Qi Hong's characteristics are also outstanding, with good aroma, thick taste and positive tea flavor. But the good impression is not as fast as the race and Dianhong, and at first it will feel bland. Therefore, novices do not have to contact prematurely, otherwise they will not only fail to drink well but also be counterproductive.

When it comes to Qi Hong, I have to say "Qi Menxiang". Qimenxiang is a light-flower fruity fragrance that lasts long. Unlike those teas that can be smelled far away, Qi Menxiang had to take a cup and smell it. But the same cup, many black teas do not have this fragrance.

Concerning the "thick taste", Dianhong is famous for its "strongness", but drinking it with Qi Hong may appear tasteless, and it will not be easy to retrieve the taste of Dianhong in the future. The "tea taste positive" is not very good to explain. First of all, Qi Hong's thick taste is free of odor, and then the tea taste is more concentrated and does not diverge. In fact, the most suitable way to drink Qimen black tea is to drink it without sugar and milk. If you insist on adding milk, it will appear a pale pink, which is also different.
