What are the signs before delivery? Encountering these points is about to give birth

1. Lower belly swell

Expectant mothers feel the pelvic bladder, rectum and other tissues fall down due to the first exposed part of the fetus. They often feel that the lower abdomen is swollen, frequent urination, and backache.

2. Relaxed belly

Expectant mothers are in labor for 1-2 weeks. As the first exposed part of the fetus falls into the pelvis, the bottom of the uterus is lowered, and the upper abdomen often feels more comfortable than before, breathing more quickly and increasing food intake.

3. Fake out

Expectant mothers often have irregular uterine contractions 1-2 weeks before delivery, which is different from uterine contractions after labor:

The duration is short, the interval is long and irregular, the strength of the contractions does not increase, the contractions only cause slight pain and are limited to the lower abdomen, and the cervical opening does not expand with it. A small amount of tranquilizer can suppress this "false contraction" .

4. Amniotic fluid outflow

Amniotic fluid flows out of the vagina a few hours before delivery, which is an important symptom before labor. Pregnant mothers should go to the hospital as soon as they notice this phenomenon.

5. See the red

24-48 hours before delivery, the pregnant mother's vagina will shed some mucus mixed with blood, that is red. This is due to the expansion of the lower uterus and the cervix, the separation of the nearby fetal membrane and the uterine wall, the rupture of the capillaries, and the formation of bloody viscous secretions mixed with the mucus in the cervix, which is a reliable before labor signal of. If there is more vaginal bleeding than menstruation, it should be noted that this may not be a precursor to delivery, but may be a bleeding disorder in late pregnancy, such as placenta previa and placental abruption.

6. Breaking water

After labor, the frequency of uterine contractions is strengthened, the amniotic fluid sac ruptures, and clear yellowish water flows out of the vagina, with a fishy smell, which cannot be controlled. When the amniotic fluid flows out, the umbilical cord may come out. The umbilical cord around the neck will cause the baby to die. Therefore, if the fetal membrane is ruptured before labor and the amniotic fluid flows out, you should lie down and send it to the hospital for delivery.

The normal color of amniotic fluid is light yellow, and attention should be paid when the amniotic fluid is bloody and green and cloudy. If there is not much amniotic fluid flowing out, don't think that it is just the increase of leucorrhea. If this happens in the third trimester, you should also consider whether the water has broken. You should go to the hospital for inspection in time.

It should be noted that many prospective parents will worry that the baby will be born at home or on the road. In fact, this kind of worry is not necessary at all. The probability of a pregnant mother having a sudden birth for the first time is very small. When the pregnant mother finds that she has labor symptoms, she rushes to the hospital. The time is absolutely within the time, and even an ambulance does not need to be called.
