Seven causes of prenatal anxiety

The survey shows that 98% of pregnant women will have anxiety in the third trimester. Some people are good at regulating their emotions, which will reduce anxiety. Some people are not good at regulating. Reasons:

1. Most urban women are primiparas and lack direct experience of production. I have witnessed many painful experiences produced by others from television, newspapers and other media. Considering that I will also experience this process, I cannot help feeling anxious.

2. Fear of child deformity. Although many examinations have been done, after all, the examination is through machines and various tests. Some fetuses have health problems that cannot be detected. The mother is anxious about this and is afraid of having an unhealthy baby.

3. Worries about the sex of the fetus. Most people in the city view boys and girls correctly. But there is still some kind of likes and dislikes about the sex of the fetus in the human subconscious, or family members are more concerned about boys and girls. I don't know the sex of the fetus, so I can't help but drum.

4. Maternal women with prenatal complications such as pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and pregnancy complicated with heart disease are also prone to anxiety due to their own health problems and fear of the fetus.

5. Due to the increase of various discomfort symptoms in the third trimester, such as itching of the skin, tightness of the abdominal wall, edema and other discomforts, it makes the heart irritable and prone to anxiety.

6. Due to the inconvenience of movement, she stayed at home all day, focusing on various negative factors and increasing anxiety.

7. Fear of anxiety after the child is born, his career will be affected or the family's economic pressure will increase.

Pregnant women's prenatal anxiety will have a direct impact on the mother and fetus. According to the survey, cesarean section and vaginal midwifery in pregnant women with severe anxiety before birth are twice as high as in normal pregnant women. Pregnant women with severe anxiety are often accompanied by malignant pregnancy vomiting, which can lead to premature delivery and miscarriage. The psychological state of pregnant women will directly affect the delivery process and fetal condition, such as prolonged labor, prolonged neonatal asphyxia, and perinatal complications. Anxiety can also increase the secretion of adrenaline in pregnant women, leading to metabolic acidosis and causing intrauterine hypoxia. Anxiety can also cause vegetative nerve disorders, leading to infertility caused by contractions during labor and dystocia. Due to anxiety, adequate rest and nutrition cannot be obtained, which can cause stagnation during labor.
