Reason two: The oil is deteriorated and the oil filter is not smooth

In order to avoid the occurrence of these failures, the car should be changed regularly in accordance with the conditions of use, and the amount of oil should be moderate, generally between the upper and lower limits of the oil scale.

When the oil passes through the pores of the oil filter element, the solid particles and viscous substances in the oil are accumulated in the filter. If the filter is clogged, the engine oil cannot smoothly pass through the filter element, it will swell the filter element or open the safety valve, pass through the bypass valve, and still bring the dirt back to the lubricated part, which will accelerate the engine wear and accelerate the internal pollution. Reason three: air filter is clogged

Reason four: the intake duct is dirty

During the operation of the engine, the high-pressure unburned gas, acid, moisture, sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the combustion chamber enter the crankcase through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, mixing it with the metal powder generated by the wear of the parts Together, they form sludge. A small amount of sludge can be suspended in the oil. When the amount is large, it will be precipitated from the oil, blocking the filter and the oil hole, causing difficulty in engine lubrication, and thus aggravating the wear of the engine. In addition, the oxidation of the engine oil at high temperature will generate paint film and carbon deposits on the piston, which will increase the fuel consumption of the engine and reduce the power. In severe cases, the piston ring will be stuck and pull the cylinder.

Reason six: poor maintenance of the fuel system

Maintenance of the fuel system includes replacing the gasoline filter element, cleaning the carburetor or fuel nozzle, and the fuel supply line. When fuel is supplied to the combustion chamber for combustion through the oil path, it will inevitably form gums and carbon deposits, which are deposited in the oil passage, carburetor, fuel nozzle and combustion chamber, interfering with the flow of fuel and destroying the normal air. Reason 7: The water tank is rusted and scaled

Rusting and scaling of the engine water tank are the most common problems. Rust and scale will limit the flow of coolant in the cooling system, reduce the effect of heat dissipation, cause the engine to overheat, and even cause engine damage. The oxidation of the coolant will also form acidic substances, corroding the metal parts in the water tank, causing damage and leakage of the water tank.
