Analysis of the reasons for the deviation of the car, or the tire pressure on both sides is different

When I came back from driving, I found that my car always deflects to the right during driving. How many times did I do positioning or deflection? What should I do? Experts said that deflection is a common problem when driving, and there are usually the following reasons:

Four-wheel misalignment. In most cases, deviation can be solved by doing four-wheel positioning, but if four-wheel positioning is still not possible, it must be caused by other reasons.

The pattern of the tires on both sides is different or the pattern is different in depth and height. It is best to use the same type of tires for all vehicles. At least the two tires of the front and rear axles must be the same, and the depth of the pattern must be the same. It must be replaced if it exceeds the wear limit.

Tire pressure varies on both sides. Different tire pressure will make the tires have different sizes, and they will inevitably run off.

The deformation cushioning on both sides of the front shock absorber spring is inconsistent. The quality of the shock absorber spring can be judged by comparison after pressing or disassembly.

The front shock absorber failed. After the front shock absorber fails, the two suspensions are one high and one low while the vehicle is running, and the stress is uneven, resulting in deviation. The shock absorber can be detected by a special shock absorber tester to judge the quality of the shock absorber; if it is unconditionally disassembled, the method of pulling can be used to judge.

Excessive wear of vehicle chassis components has abnormal clearance. Steering rod ball heads, support arm rubber sleeves, stabilizer bar rubber sleeves, etc. are prone to excessive gaps, and should be carefully checked after lifting the vehicle.

The brake return of a wheel is not properly separated and is not complete. This is equivalent to the partial braking always applied to one side of the wheel, and the vehicle will inevitably run off. During the inspection, you can feel the temperature of the wheel hub. If a certain wheel exceeds the other wheels, it means that the brake of the wheel is not properly restored.

The frame is deformed overall. The difference between the wheelbases on both sides is too large and exceeds the maximum allowable range. It can be checked by measuring the size. If it exceeds the range, it must be corrected with a calibration table.
