Ming Dynasty: More than 600 years ago, the processes of yellow tea, black tea and scented tea were formed one after another.

Qing Dynasty: 300 years ago, Chinese tea became popular all over the world. It was the only tea market in the world. At that time, only China exported tea. The process was mainly baking green and fried green. Oolong tea, black tea, black tea, scented tea, green tea, and white tea were produced.

Modern:

1) 1846-1886 was the prosperous period of Chinese tea (the area of ​​tea gardens continued to expand, and tea output increased rapidly, effectively promoting the development of foreign trade).

3) From 1950 to 1988, it was the period of recovery and development of tea production in China. This makes tea production rank the second in the world.

Three stages with tea

Drinking: Drinking comes from eating, drinking tea is more thirsty than drinking white. The pastoral area mixes tea with milk and drinks together, and there are beating tea and scouring tea in minority areas.
